Tummy Revolution: Gut Health Made Simple

Sara Chadwick had begun to accept that the painful, embarrassing symptoms of digestive troubles were something she was just going to have to live with - until she came across the low-FODMAP diet.

In collaboration with a dietician and a yoga instructor, Sara is publishing new book Tummy Revolution 21 – a 21-day guide to taming your tummy. The book is filled with useful advice, recipes and tips on starting your journey to a healthy, happy, tummy, with beautiful photographs to illustrate.

All plans and advice in the Tummy Revolution 21 plan follow the low-FODMAP diet, which is approved by the NHS. The book includes weekly shopping lists, nutritionally balanced meal plans, and FODMAP friendly recipes all approved by a FODMAP dietician.
