Dr. Anastasia Dedyukhina is a pioneering thought leader on digital wellbeing as a cornerstone of the future of work. With global clients including Microsoft, HSBC, Lush, and Soho House, she possesses a unique talent for connecting the dots between wellbeing and productivity and demonstrating how your employees' current technology usage impacts your business now and in the future.
As a former business journalist turned digital marketer, Anastasia has worked with some of the most significant tech brands in the world. In 2015 she decided to leave her dream job in London and gave up her smartphone when she realised how dependent she had become on her gadget and how detrimental it was for her creativity. Her 1.5-year hiatus from technology inspired Anastasia to write her best-selling book, Homo Distractus: Fight for Your Choices and Identity in the Digital Age, and launch Consciously Digital, a collective of digital wellbeing coaches and the first global certification programme in digital wellbeing coaching that helps people and organisations develop a more mindful approach to technology usage.
Anastasia has become a world-leading speaker and thought leader on digital wellbeing, with her expertise and experience featured by the BBC, Inc, Forbes, Metro, and more. She currently directs the first certification programme in digital wellbeing, recognised by two major coaching associations, ICF and NBHWC. Additionally, she acted as a mentor on the ethical use of technology for several startup accelerators and has advised numerous educational and industry associations on the future of work in the digital environment.
Anastasia has also presented at TEDx twice and has delivered over 1000 keynotes and workshops to executive audiences worldwide, including talks at the Mobile World Congress, CIPD Festival of Work, the National Wellness Conference in the USA, HR in IT Global Summit, Digital Mental Health Congress, and Wonder Women in Tech.
