Introducing Adam Greenfield – Co-founder of WorkLifeWell, International speaker, Chiropractor

For over 10 years, Dr Adam Greenfield has been nurturing and supporting multi-national organisations to navigate the fine balance of productivity and wellbeing in the workplace.

Bringing his extensive experience in health and wellbeing, Adam works with senior partners, business leaders and human resource directors, helping them to create an environment where any team can thrive rather than just survive. With this focus, a business can create a psychologically safe culture which is attractive to new talent while still retaining existing talent.

Adam began his career as a Chiropractor, obtaining multiple science degrees and managing thousands of individuals through his own clinic. He applied his chiropractic expertise to the working world, transitioning into corporate wellbeing by coaching and nurturing individuals through turbulent times towards healthier habits both personally and at work.

From this, he became an international keynote speaker, providing businesses, senior leaders and wellbeing teams with education, training and workshops relating to multiple aspects of health and wellness. Adam guides professionals on everything from physical workplace health like posture and movement to emotional intelligence and communication, realising that much of the foundation of a company culture is based on how we communicate with colleagues.
