Oliver Henry is the go-to expert on all things workplace wellbeing. He has spent the last decade helping multi-national organisations and globally recognised brands design and implement wellbeing and people strategies to create and nurture healthy, happy and productive workplace cultures.
Oliver has extensive experience in health and wellbeing with a deep knowledge of the global, corporate, wellbeing landscape. From advising and working closely with senior leaders and executive boards, through to helping HR directors and wellbeing teams develop wellness strategies to attract/retain talent and reduce absenteeism.
He started in the industry as a performance coach, both as a personal trainer and a nutrition and weight consultant with a huge passion for behavioural psychology. Oliver transitioned into corporate wellbeing as a keynote speaker, presenting workshops on all things health and wellbeing – from mental health, EQ and communication, to sleep, nutrition, and exercise.
Over the years, Oliver has worked with a number of multinationals, helping teams to achieve excellent levels of employee experience, driving cultural change across different continents and cultures, which landed him the role as Global Head of Health and Wellbeing for easyJet. Oliver is responsible for developing the global strategy across all communities, from pilots and crew to managers, admin and engineers. He is regarded by senior leaders as providing clear analysis of complex people and culture issues whilst remaining practical, problem-solving and purpose-led.
